Raclette Rocks!

This weekend, of course, was Valentine's Day. Our friends, Johnny and Tori, were in town from Montana, so we decided to double date! We pulled out the Raclette grill and had a good ol' time! If you have never experienced a Raclette before, it is a grill you plug in and put on top of your table. You can grill meats, veggies, basically anything you can think of! We made teriyaki chicken, marinated steak, squash, lil' smokies, onions, boiled potatoes, and of course, cheese! Underneath the grill is a spot to put trays with raclette cheese, which smells icky but melts nicely and tastes delicious. We really enjoyed the time with friends and good food! Thanks to the Swiss for this wonderful tradition!
